Our winter season starts December 20th and will end March 31st. Cabins are available to rent 7 days a week.

Please check out each page for individual cabins. If you are inquiring about renting, please email crollcabins@gmail.com or call 970-903-3564 for availability.

Check-in is flexible anytime after 4PM.

Check-out is 11AM.

A reservation deposit of 50% of the Total Rental Cost must be received within 1 week after reservation is made to hold rental dates, by credit card, check, or money order.  The remaining amount is due 1 month before arrival.

Payments are refundable minus a $50 service fee within 14 days of check-in date.

Well behaved pets are welcome on our property. Pets must be on a leash when outside. Pets are not allowed on the beds and furniture. If you leave your pet unattended in the cabins, please keep it in a kennel or carrier. There is a $20 per pet, per night, fee. Maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

Please be mindful of other guests. Control any excessive barking and pick up after your pets. Let us know if you need any additional towels or waste bags. Thanks!

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana is prohibited in the cabins. Smoking is allowed outside as long as it doesn’t bother other guests.

Due to snow removal and limited space, each cabin is limited to 2 vehicles.

Please check listings for individual cabins regarding the maximum people who can stay in the cabin. If you have any friends or family that plan on visiting for the day, there is a $10 per day, per person fee for use of the property. Since we are a private property, we limit access to guests only.

Any cleaning charges will show up on your invoice. Guest authorizes Croll Cabins to place a $300 hold on their credit card in case of property damage. If no damage occurs, the hold will be lifted within 14 days after check out. if actual damage occurs, guest will be charged for the cost of the repairs or replacements.

Linens are provided with the cabin rental. This includes sheets, blankets, comforters, kitchen towels, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. One set of towels is provided per guest.
